Oregon Golf Association Bylaws
Article V - Officers

Section 5.1 - Management

The officers of the Association shall be a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  All officers shall be Directors or Directors at Large and shall be members in good standing of a Member [Club].  Directors other than Directors at Large serving as officers shall retain their right to vote as Directors on matters presented to the Board of Directors.
