Be a “member for the day,” and enjoy PGC’s magnificent fast greens, manicured fairways and tranquil parklike setting. The course’s notable design, dating back to 1914, has been challenged by golf greats including Bobby Jones, Ben Hogan, Arnold Palmer, and Peter Jacobsen among many others.

This first-class event consisting of a day filled with great golf, gourmet food, and upscale silent and live auction items will take place at Royal Oaks Country Club on Monday, October 5, 2009. The funds generated from the Evans Cup of Oregon help the OGA and PNGA support the Evans Scholars that attend Oregon and Oregon State University. Presently, more than 40 Evans Scholars are in college each with a 4-year, full tuition and housing grant valued at more than $40,000 each. To date, more than 240 Oregon scholars have graduated as Evan Scholarship recipients.
