&amp;ldquo;We didn&amp;rsquo;t see this coming, but it&amp;rsquo;s Oregon.&amp;nbsp; We know the rain is always possible this time of year.&amp;rdquo; said Nate Swanner, Director of Tournament Operations.&amp;nbsp; &amp;ldquo;The course held up beautifully to the rain, and the players are ready to play.&amp;rdquo;</description>
