U.S. Amateur Qualifiers are being held concurrently at Emerald Valley GC in Creswell, Ore. and Juniper GC in Redmond, Ore. Three players will advance to the national championship from Juniper and 2 from Emerald Valley after 36-holes of play.

Six Players Advance To U.S. Open Sectionals

Alex Moore of Richland Wash. took medalist honors and led a contingent of three amateurs and three professionals keeping their hopes alive in their quest of the top prizes in golf -- a U.S. Open title.

Registering for Championships and Events

All Championships require that you be a member in good standing of an OGA Member Club and have an active USGA Handicap with that club. Online registeration is the fastest and easiest way to register for an OGA event.

2009 Championship & Qualifier Schedule

The OGA announced the official championship and U.S. qualifier schedule for the 2009 golf season. In this, the sesquicentennial year for the State of Oregon, this year also marks a number of milestones for the association that serves as the governing body for the sport in the region.
