OGA Performance Points

The OGA Championship Committee modified Performance Points distribution list for 2010. 

The OGA performance points lists are used in determining player of the year standings as well as naming teams that represent the OGA in regional, national and international events.

In the Men's Division, in addition to determining a Player of the Year, several points lists are maintained in order to determine representatives on the Hudson Cup, Pacific Coast Amateur and USGA State Team.  Differences in the lists primarily are based on which events are included in the lists.  Since the USGA State Team is not held every year, the current season is awarded at full points while prior seasons points depreciate in value.  The Pacific Coast Amateur Points Lists includes tournament between July 1 of the prior year to June 30 of the current year.
