01/20/12 - Swanner Named Director of Tournament Operations

Barb Trammell, CEO of the Oregon Golf Association announced that Nate Swanner has been promoted to Director of Tournament Operations.

01/19/12 - Employment Opportunity

The OGA is seeking a Manager of Event Operations.  This position has the primary responsibility is to administer the OGA Tour as well as other Special Events as created.  This position will also assist in the administration of some of the OGA’s Championships and USGA Qualifiers as well as serve as the OGA’s Volunteer Coordinator and provide support to other departments with regards to overall membership initiatives. Application deadline is February 8, 2012

We've had lots of calls and emails inquiring about our popular OGA Tour schedule for 2012, so here it is!

11/01/11 - Titles Abundant at 2nd OGA Tour Championship

Culminating another successful OGA Tour season, golfers representing point leaders in each of the three OGA Tour series’ (Individual, Partners, Senior) graced the 2nd OGA Tour Championship contested on Bandon Trails Golf Course at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. 

08/31/11 - The Reserve Hosts Second to Last Partner Series Stop

The OGA Tour visited The Reserve Vineyards & GC for the second to last stop of the Partner Series in 2011.

08/30/11 - OGA Tour Individual Series stops at the Home of Amateur Golf

The OGA Tour visited the OGA Golf Course for the second to last stop of the Individual Series for 2011.

08/22/11 - Final Senior Series “Play Away” Date Plays Broken Top

The OGA Tour visited the Broken Top Club for the second stop of the Senior Series "play away" events in central Oregon.  This was the second to last event of the Senior Series in 2011 with only the event at Creekside Golf Club in Salem, Ore. remaining for those players hoping to advance to the season ending Tour Championship at Bandon Dunes.

08/21/11 - Second Set of Senior Series “Play Away” Events Visits Central Oregon

The OGA Tour Senior Series visited Juniper Golf Course in Redmond, Ore. for its first stop on the 2-day play away combo event in Central Oregon.

08/13/11 - Springhill begins run of three Senior Series Events in August

The OGA Tour visited Spring Hill Country Club in Albany, Ore. for its seventh stop on the Senior Series, and the first of three events scheduled for August.

08/11/11 - Quail Valley Hosts 8th Individual Series Event for 2011

The OGA Tour visited Quail Valley Golf Course in Banks, Ore. for its eighth stop of the Individual Series of the 2011 season.
