Peter Jacobsen Junior Challenge Reveals IMG Academy Junior World Championship Qualifiers

The Oregon Junior Golf major tournament circuit continued June 18-19 with the Peter Jacobsen Junior Challenge played at Trysting Tree Golf Club.

There were 201 combined boys and girls competing at the two-day, 36-hole stroke play event. There were 10 separate divisions, with the boys and girls ages 15-18 participating in a qualifier for IMG Academy Junior World Championships.

Isaac Buerger (-10), Ethan Tseng (-4) and Graham Moody (even) were the boys that qualified, while Mary Scott Wolfe (+4), Elli Gordon (+4) and Olivia Venderby (+7) qualified for IMG on the girls side.

  • Girls (15-18): Paige Vancil
  • Junior Boys (16-18): Truman Gregory
