Pair of OJGers Competing at U.S. Women's Four-Ball Championship

Alex and Momo Udom, from Portland, will compete in the U.S. Women's Amateur Four-Ball Championship at Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas. The competition is slated for April 24-28.

The sisters advanced to the national competition last September after finishing second place during qualifying at The Home Course in Dupont, Was. Qualifying took place at 29 sites across the nation between Sept. 21, 2020 and April 5, 2021

Thirty-two teams will qualify for match play following two rounds of stroke play. The semifinal and championship matches will be played Wednesday, April 28.

The 2020 championship, originally scheduled to be contested at Quail Creek Country Club in Naples, Fla., was canceled due to health concerns from the COVID-19 pandemic.
