Moser, Baugh Win 35th Oregon Net Championship

Nolan Moser and Sharon Baugh took home men’s and women’s titles respectively at the 35th playing of the Oregon Net Championship. The two-day, stroke-play competition was played at Rose City Golf Club in Portland.

The event was 36 holes of strictly net competition. The men's division had three flights, while the women's division contained two flights.

Moser is an OGA Member through the Rose City Golf Club and took advantage of the home course surroundings. After posting a net 1-over 73 in Saturday’s opening round, he shot net 5-under par 67 in the final round to finish the event 4-under par net (73-67-140).

Baugh, an OGA Member at both Santiam Women’s Club and Mallard Creek Women’s Club, posted net rounds of 78 and 77 to finish 9-over par net (78-77-155).

The OGA will wrap up the 2019 championships schedule with the 10th OGA Tour Championship set for Oct. 5-6 at Tetherow Golf Club in Bend. That is an invitation-only competition based on 2019 OGA Tour season points leaders.
